lunch meeting at the Pat &
Oscar's restaurant in Temecula. The topic was "Workers'
Compensation for the Human Resources
Professional." Mr. Telezinski explained the basics of
the California Workers' Compensation and discussed
ways employers can help to defend their
organizations from claims that should not be
covered, as well as how to fight workers'
compensation fraud.
