O'Connor * Telezinski to Participate
in
Panel Discussion on
Workers' Compensation Fraud
Riverside, CA - September 11, 2006
Tuesday, October 10, 2006, the Workers' Compensation Forum of
the Inland Empire will host
a panel-discussion entitled "Identifying and
Prosecuting Workers' Compensation Fraud: An
Integrated Approach."
Joseph Telezinski will join Tracy Bartell of the San
Bernardino County District Attorney's
Workers'
Compensation Fraud Unit, Cheryl Gaiefsky of Southern California Risk Management
Associates,
and Robert J. Nagle of RJN
Investigations on the panel, and Carrie O'Connor will
serve as panel moderator. The focus of the
discussion will be claimant fraud and how claims
examiners, defense attorneys, private investigators,
and law enforcement can best work
together in order to achieve successful prosecutions.
This event will be held at the Clarion Hotel located
at 295 North "E" Street, San Bernardino,
California from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
